We have a UC560, when I connect via CCA and try to view the IPs, I get the table showing the Interfaces & VLANs, but the IP cells are all empty???
I get the same result if I look at Config->Routing->IP_addresses, or Config->Switching->VLANs
If I login to the UC560 via the com port, I can do a show ip int br, and see the IPs.
Interface IP-Address OK? Method Status Protocol
GigabitEthernet0/0 192.168.20.10 YES NVRAM up down
In0/0 10.1.10.2 YES TFTP up up
GigabitEthernet0/1/0 unassigned YES unset up up
GigabitEthernet0/1/1 unassigned YES unset up down
GigabitEthernet0/1/2 unassigned YES unset down down
GigabitEthernet0/1/3 unassigned YES unset up up
Vlan1 192.168.0.60 YES manual up up
Vlan90 10.1.10.2 YES NVRAM up up
Vlan100 192.168.10.1 YES NVRAM up up
NVI0 192.168.20.10 YES unset up up
So, why can CCA not see the IPs?

What version of CCA are you running?

CCA is 3.2(2)

Is it just IP addresses? Are you able to see other defined information?

Fixed it. I remembered that I enabled SNMP last week, I just disabled SNMP and everything is working again.
Go figure ????
