Is there any posibility to change color on the button when the user pick up the phone? Now it is red when it rings on his phone and when he pick up the phone.

Is it posible to add a "0" prefix to missed calls so the user can just press the missed call to call out.
To prepend a "0" without having to dial it twice, for example, you can use a CLI voice translation rule for VOIP dial peers, or use the "prefix" command for POTS dial peers.
