Call Back on UC560

Team,

Does the UC560 8.6X code support call-back where a user calls an extension and it that person is n the phone or it's busy, they simply hit the callback softkey and when that person becomes available they are alerted with a tone and a screen pop?

If not, what can be done to get the same (Or nearly the same) results?

Yes, that is supported.

I do not see this in the config and when I look under Telephony Service the command is not there. I also don't see the Callback option under any softkey template.. Can you elaborate on how to set this up?
