Call forward to external number based on system time schedule

Hi,

I am setting up a night service for a client based on system time schedule, what the customer asked me if I can set the system to forward all call to an external number between 3PM and 6PM, and after 6PM all calls goes to Reception VM,

The schedule as follow:

3:00AM to 3:00PM open

3:00PM to 6:00PM all calls forwarded to mobile

6:00PM to 3:00AM all calls forwarded to VM

Do I have to do it via the AA Script? or different way?

There is a write up somewhere here but what you do is a have and floating extension that is configured for night service, set night service for 3PM – 6PM. On the floating extension configure 'call forward night service' with the mobile number then call forward all to the reception hunt group with the final number of a VM? Your incoming calls then pointing to the floating extension.

You can also do it with an AA Script.
