Call forwarding

Hello experts

We have UC540 and SPA504G phones. Incoming calls ring straight through on all lines on all phones. No hunting, no auto attendant.

The last person to leave the office in the evening must enable call forwarding on all four TN's to an Answering Service and the first person must disable call forwarding on all four TN's.

Is there a way to assign this task to a key that enables/disables call forwarding on all of the 4 TNs?

Thank you for your input

Hi ,

How many Lines are bind to the phones ?

One Zentral + one per user ?

Nightservice is a way, so that nobody has to push buttons on all Phones. You can configure as automatic  or per code.

Look at the LInk is a very good manual.

Thank you Philipp

Your reply is very much appreciated. I will be reading through the article to understand the concept fully.

In reply to your question, there are 4 incoming phone lines and 8 phone sets. Any call coming in on any phone line rings to all 8 phone sets till one answers.
