Hi guys,
Just wondering, for a SPA 514G phone, in the web configuration in Admin -> Advanced -> Provisioning, Provisioning Enable can be set to No, what is the purpose of the setting? Seems like for the phone to register to a SIP server it still needs to be provisioned first, so if I disable the provisioning there is not way of getting it registered, is that correct? Is there any way I can register my IP phone to a SIP server (with the SIP firmware of course)

without provisioning?
Thanks in advance!

SPA endpoints are covered in the SMB community, might want to move your thread.

Provisioning has nothing to do with SIP registration.
Provisioning is the way to download configuration from remote configuration server instead to configure each device item-by-item.
