Can't pick up second call UC320 with SPA525G2

Hi Team

We have configured UC320 with 6 SPA 525.

There are 2 lines with line hunt... All the phones have both lines configured as shared FXO.....

Situation is like this, first call comes in, pick up from any phone.  second call comes in through the line hunt feature you cannot pick up through the same phone....

Some times evn first line cannot be picked up (. Happens very rare)

Any ideas to sort this... Customer is very unhappy....

Urgent suggestion much appreciated..

For urgent matters it is best to contact the Small Business Support Center:

I'm assuming that the line hunt feature is provisioned by your FXO telco and you are not talking about a hunt group provisioned in the UC320W....

Please confirm that the FXO lines are not provisioned with telco provided Call Waiting.

How exactly are they trying to answer the second call?  Are the first pressing the hold button (soft key or physical key) first?  Are they simply pressing the second alerting shared FXO Line? 

What behavior do they see on the phone?  Call drops? First call won't go on hold? etc?
