On the UC320W a feature that is annoying for us (but I can see was probably added to be helpful!) is that if a user records a voicemail greeting the UC320 automatically adds "Please leave your message after the tone. When finished press the hash key or hangup". Why is this such an annoyance? Because we record Voicemail greetings in other languages and so you get this bold English language message after a nice Nepali greeting. That grates!
Can we have a PMF to remove it?
Better still could we have a firmware enhancement that also allows us to upload our own greeting messages as audio files like we can for the AA and MOH?
