Cisco 7975G IP Phone and Cisco IP Camera WVC210

Hi,

Just a quick question to see if it is possible to access my IP Camera via my IP Phone.

If so, how would I do it. I already tried to create via the services function on the Phone, however when I access the web link via the phone it crashes the phone.

Brian,

The 7900 Series does not offer native support for video codecs. Some solutions in the past have used periodic still image refreshes to emulate video on the color LCD models.

SPA525G on the other hand, does support video (MPEG-4). We are currently in a beta testing phase for the IP Camera, phone and CCA software. If you have a SPA525G and would like to be part of the beta, please email me directly or send me a PM.

Hi Guys,

I may also add that it may be the PVC2300 (perhaps even the WVC2300) camera that is planned for this design.  Not sure if the WVC210 is planned for this?

You are correct, only the PVC2300 and the WVC2300 are being tested.
