Cisco CP8865-3PCC can't call out

Hi Everybody,

Recently, i have a project using Cisco CP8865-3PCC & CP8861-3PCC connect to Panasonic NS-700 PBX .

both of the model success to register to the NS-700. CP8861-3PCC all function work fine. However, CP8865-3PCC only can receive call but can't dial out even intercom. Any suggestion for this case?

Can you share the sip traces?

Are you using TCP or UDP for signalling?
