Cisco IP Phone external audible and visual indicator

Hi,

 

I have a customer requirement for when a Cisco 78xx IP Phone ring to receive an audio (external speaker) and visual (flashing light not on the phone) indicator. Can someone tell me what product and pieces are needed to make to fulfill these requirements
