Cisco SPA525G2 no admin assess in gui

I have this phone spa525G2 at first i was able  to access the web gui but i could not change any configuration when ever i could go to admin login it was requesting for user name and password which i did not have  so i decided to do a reset on startup now i don't have the admin login

You can reset to factory if you like to :

Maybe you did not get my problem very well I said I can access the gui but when I go to advanced to try and make changes it dies not give me the right in fact it does not give me space to make changes As attached

If this wsa setup  with admin aceess you need admin/password  to change config, if you dont have credentials, you need to reset, make sure you put password save it securly.

I do not have any device to test, it was used long back. try reset password.

I tried all the reset but nothing worked

At first, I could access the web GUI, but any attempt to modify configurations required an site username and password that I didn't have. In an attempt to resolve this, I performed a reset during startup. Unfortunately, this seems to have made things worse, as I now can't access the admin login at all. It's as if the reset wiped out the admin credentials or disabled the login entirely.
