Cisco Unified IP Conference Station 7937G can't download cnf file

Hello all,

My two Conference Stations can't download this files:

its/SEPC0004F2EDD479.cnf.xml

its/SEPC 0004F2EDE173.cnf.xml

The File exists on the server. The other phones (SPA525G2 and 7921) download their files correkt and work fine.

Did somebody have an idea?

Can you take "debug tftp events" with "term mon" when they boot?

Also, it better posted in UC500, or IP Telephony.
