Hello,
I have connected to a UC500 using the Cisco CA, and expect to see a set of Cisco small business phones (SPA504G sets), however I am not seeing the phones. The phones are routable, I can ping them from the workstation from which I'm connected with the CA.
I have another site where I'm not able to replicate this; I point the CA at the UC500 there and I see all phones in the topology layout.
What is required to ensure phones are discovered by CA?
