Hi
I have two ISP. I would like to configure the UC540 to handle both the ISP. At present one ISP is connected to the WAN Port. We have converted one of the LAN port into a WAN port and connected it to the second ISP. How do I make 1 VLAN traffic to route over ISP 1 and the other VLAN traffic over ISP2.

This could be done in CCA by adding a VLAN then assigning it to one of the LAN ports as an access port to that VLAN.
This is done under:
Switching -> VLANs
and
Switching -> Smartports
