Hi. I'm wondering how to increase the call capacity on an 8945 phone. The user has received a couple messages "Call Failed – Maximum call per line limit reached" when trying to transfer a call. The user has their personal ext on button 1 and shared lines on buttons 2, 3 and 4. The message has only appeared twice in 3 months. Will this only happen if there are already two calls per line on every line on the phone?
Thx, Jim

Hi Jim
Maximum calls per line on the phone is 2. Currently there is no option to change this limit. What was the exact call sequence?
Thanks

As far as the call sequence, all the user can remember is that they were trying to transfer a call and they got the "Maximum call per line" message. Are there any guesses about what is the most likely cause for this? Would one call holding, then another incoming call being transferred require a total of 3 lines? Is configuring a rollover line a way to increase the line capacity for the user's primary line?
Thx, Jim
