I have a question regarding an ATA 186. I want to connect this ATA 186 to a UC540 wich is on another location.
We have a Cisco 887 on the remote location and i want to make a IP SEC tunnel between the UC540 and the 887.
Is this possible? If yes can i get the ATA186 to work with the UC over this VPN. How do i create this VPN on the UC?
I can not find this option via the CCA tool.
Regards.

Hello Jan-Aart,
You may create IPsec vpn using the CCA when you go to configure->security-> vpn server.
You may look at the CCA 3.2.1 admin guide page 239.

Hello,
I created the VPN on the UC540 using the CCA tool.
Now i still have to connect my 887 router to the UC540, is that done trough IP SEC?
I am not able to get the VPN up and running. Following setup:
2 locations, both in one IP-VPN. So a routable connection between offices.
Loc 1 has a UC540 wit Ip address X on the WAN port.
Loc 2 has a 887 Router with Ip range Y that can reach X.
ATA 186 needs to connect with VLAN100 on the UC (ip range Z)
I need to configure a VPN tunnel between X and Y to be able to reach Z.
What would be the best solution?

Hi Jan ,
Please check the examples in this document:
https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-2681
As you have it configured on UC side as server you may configure only 887 as client.

Alex
