CORPORATE DIRECTORY - XML FILE CONFIGURING URL AND SEARCH

Hi all!

I need to configure a SPA525 G2 in a IN&NGN network without LDAP or Broadsoft.

In my company (Telecom Mobile Operator) we have SNOM devices already running with XML Services with the URL of the server.

If we use the same strategy (adapted to CISCO xml tags) but after reading the XML and connecting to the AS (application server) it gives a certificate SSL error, does anyone had the same problem ?

What can I do for debuging ?

Thanks in advance!

Regards

Cisco IP phones only accept Cisco issued HTTPS certificate CAs.

We use the XML service without HTTPS, here's the phones XML service configuration part:

  Phone Book

  http://xmlpb.domain.com/phonebook/cis_phonebook.xml

This works perfectly.
The XML file is formatted differently from our other phonebook services:

Phone Book

Choose Name and press Dial

Hi Konstantin,

I issued in that direction as well and we solved it easy.

Do you enabled the BLF feature ?

If so, can you check my posts please

Sorry, we never experimented with BLF...

You can also define an xml application which will prompt for a name to search and will call a script on a server which will return suitable xml for the phoneboo as described by Konstantin.

It's very useful if you have a directory which has more than 125 entries which seems to be the limit for a spa303.

Such an xml could be like that.

http://myserver/cipb/search.php?Name=blah returns all the user matching the string blah from the company phonebook in xml format.

Annuaire

Name.
