Created and Activated alternate AA greeting (for holiday) but not playing.

Exactly as the title says.  Had the receptionist use the prompt recording extension to create an alternate greeting and she successfully activated it but it won't play.  Script issue?

Hello James,

You have to use aa_sbsc_v04.aef and select it with CCA to have the alternate greeting working.

The alternate greeting will be played right before the normal greeting until it is on you have to delete it from the prompts to top it again.

So you have to use CCA to disable it?  You can't enable and disable from prompt management extension?

As indicated earlier you have to delete the Alternate greeting to disable it after you no longer need it.

Okay so we have all 5 auto attendants in use.  Do we need to use the aa_sbsc_v04.aef script for all 5 or just the main AA?

Also, can it be deleted from prompt management or does it have to be deleted from CCA?

You should aplly V04 on all AA and It could be deleted from the prompt management.
