CP-PWR-7921G-NA= The 7921 charger- is this all you need?

There is some internal debate at our company on whether or not this part number is a simple charger similar to a cell phone charger : CP-PWR-7921G-NA=

Some of us are under the impression that you need a charging base and this cable alone will not charge a 7921.

Others have found docs to support their idea that this part number is all you need to plug in to the wall- and plug in to the 7921 to charge it.

Please advise !

This is like a cell phone charger.  You don't need the desktop charger to make this work.
