This defect (CDR record parsing error) was mentioned in another thread. (I didn't want to hijack that thread with this)
Would it be possible to get more information?
Has this been acknowledged/confirmed as an actual bug by Cisco?
Is there a resolution timeline?
Thanks.

Hi Daniel,
I just checked the bug notes. It looks like when a call is forwarded a special character is erroneously inserted into the record. The bug is still in an open state and being worked by engineering.
regards,
Chris

Just so I am clear -- those details of the problem are what was REPORTED, or what was CONFIRMED by Cisco?
(I just want to be clear -- because I am the one who actually reported this issue... unless someone else did too?)
Thanks.

Hi Daniel,
I confirm that I had reproduced the issue with the CDR in my lab setup before I opened defect CSCua31579.
Thank you for raising the issue. As Chris mentioned the defect is still open and being addressed by the developement team.
Regards,
Randy
