The default IP for CUE is 10.1.10.1. You would point your mail client to this address for the incoming server. The username you use will be the username for the CUE user. You will have to give all the CUE users that need IMAP, IMAP permissions under configure and groups, subscribe all users to IMAP group.

Hi Jesse,
You can setup your email client to use IMAP to access CUE to pull the emails into your mail client.

David.

thanks for your help. is there cisco documentation on all the settings for this kind of setup? or could I simply take an outlook client on the local LAN and point it to the uc520 LAN IP with default imap settings and use the username/password for the users voicemail that I need to get access to?
