We're having major issues with our UC520 dropping calls, usually when the call is transferred for the call queue. Could someone please recommend the logs I should run to find out the reason.

Is there a fix to this issue or a similar issue in the update? I'm downloading software pack 8.6.1 now.

Can you tell the exact conditions under which it happens, as you first post is not very clear about that.

Hi There,
What are the lines the incoming calls come in on? Is it PSTN/ISDN/PRI or SIP? This will determine what debugs to run.
Also you need to be as descriptive as possible with your issues, give us some scenarios as that can help as well.
