Enable Nat Traversal UC520

Hi All,

I have a Cisco UC520W-8U-4FXO-K9. I have set up the EZ VPN client and it has always worked great for me.But, I have a few users that are trying to use it from home. The problem is they connect and they get an VPN address from the UC520 but, they can never access any inside hosts....ping, remote desktop from the remote network.

So I think that it may be a NAT issue. I know that I have enable NAT-Traversal for PIX's and ASA for soho routers to connect and I'm unsure if this is the problem but, I thought I would enable it anyway just in case and see if this solves my probelms.

Anyone have thoughts in how I enable NAT traversal on a Cisco UC520?

Thanks,

Dan

Hi, Dan,

Your problem may not be nat traversal unless your 520 is behind another router/firewall.  In CCA -> Security -> VPN Server click on the Network Access tab.  Make sure that the correct settings are entered.  For example, on mine, I have Spilt Tunneling checked and the following networks entered: 192.168,1,0 255.255.255.0; 10.1.1.0 255.255.255.0; 10.1.10.1 255.255.255.255.
