Hi All,
We have a customer who has a Polycom conference phone and would like to initiate a meet me conference. Is there a feature access code we can configure to facilitate this requirement.
Many Thanks
Steve

Any analog phone plugged into a UC500 FXS port and configured as USER MODE PHONE (not common area or FAX type) will have access to Telephony-Service Feature Access Codes:
UC_540#sh telephony-service fac
telephony-service fac standard
callfwd all **1
callfwd cancel **2
pickup local **3
pickup group **4
pickup direct **5
park **6
dnd **7
redial **8
voicemail **9
ephone-hunt join *3
ephone-hunt cancel #3
ephone-hunt hlog *4
ephone-hunt hlog-phone *5
trnsfvm *6
dpark-retrieval *0
cancel call waiting *1
These are configure by CCA for you. Default config, no GUI control.
Meetme is not one of them (either Custom or standard FAC)
However, the FXS station can Join a Meetme conference started by an IP phone in that system.
IF you dont have other user mode phones wishing to use these FACs above, you can enable STCAPP and Meetme is one of these, however, as soon as you turn on STCAPP, it will break some FACs, so this is not recommended or tested, but it will allow an analog user mode phone to start a meet me .
UC_540#conf t
UC_540(config)#stcapp ?
call-control Configure STCAPP call control mode
ccm-group Specify STCAPP Call Manager group id
feature Specify the format of each call feature.
register Specify registration parameters to call control
server
security Enable security and specify security parameters for
stcapp
supplementary-services Configure the supplementary services
timer Configure STCAPP timers
UC_540(config)#stcapp feature ?
access-code Specify the format of feature access code.
callback Specify callback parameters
speed-dial Specify the format of each speed dial feature.
UC_540(config)#stcapp feature access-code
UC_540(config-stcapp-fac)#?
STCAPP feature access-code configuration commands:
call Select call forward all feature
cancel-call-waiting Select cancel call waiting feature code
default Set a command to its defaults
exit Exit from stcapp feature access code configuration mode
forward-to-voicemail Select forward to voicemail feature code
meetme-conference Select meetme conference feature code
no Negate a command or set its defaults
pickup Select pickup local group feature
prefix Select feature access code prefix
UC_540(config-stcapp-fac)#meetme-conference ?
LINE Select meetme conference feature code
Duplicated feature codes found.
Feature is speeddial, code is *9
UC_540(config-stcapp-fac)#meetme-conference *9
This is not tested, I am not sure what CCA interaction would be (if it would overwrite) so this is really not supported.

Now available in CCA.
The SCCP Analog Phone window appears when you choose Troubleshoot > Telephony Diagnostics > SCCP Analog Phones.
Feature access codes enable users of SCCP-controlled analog phones to be able to access certain phone features by dialing codes (for example, **1 to set Call Forward All on the phone).
When the UC500 device is in factory default configuration, the voice initialization process removes the stcapp feature access-code command.
From this window you can enable or disable stcapp feature-access codes.
fac
commands under telephony- service
only. This is the recommended setting. stcapp feature access-codes
command is configured in addition to the fac
commands under telephony-service. However, enabling this setting results in conflicts among feature codes, since codes 5, 6, 7, and 8 are configured differently by these commands. The output of the following show commands illustrates the conflict.06-07-2011 10:26 AM
Hi Steve,
Have you tested the **5 MeetMe FAC on your demo system yet?

Yes, it was a while ago, when we released CCA 3.0. It was part of the Office Demo system.
