I have been trying to upgrade my cisco spa 504g iphone firmware from 7.5.7 to 7.6.2. I have been following all the steps in the upgrade process by doing it the TFTP server. The phone seems to be upgrading, but after the process is done the phone is still on the same firmware. I will much appreciate some help here?

There are so many possible causes.

Upgrade disabled at all, wrong Upgrade_url configured, tftp server name can't be resolved, tftp server is not reachable, firmware file is not readable, file is not correct firmware file, file is incomplete or broken ...

You should consider to ask an local skilled IT technician for help. Did you read Administrators guide ?
