Maybe I'm missing something obvoius, but I am trying to globally enable call waiting on an SPA9000 system. We are on a single line, when we are on a call and another comes in there is no caller ID for the second call, or an option to pick up. I have looked at the star code settings, but I am trying to find a way to enable CW for everyone without having to constantly type in codes that reset when I have to update the phone system. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!
System:
SPA9000 @ 6.1.5
SPA400 @ 1.1.2.3 - test build AU CID mix
SPA504G x7 @ 7.1.3a
WIP310 @ 5.0.11
SPA962 @ 6.1.5

Dear Sir;
SPA9000 has Call Waiting enabled by default, so this may be something different. Where are the two calls coming from? VoIP? PSTN? Please note call waiting is not enabled on SPA400 PSTN lines.

We are using a single PSTN line routed through the SPA400. Would call waiting be something that is only available through our phone service provider? Or is it just not a feature that will work with the SPA9000 system in this configuration?

Dear Sir;
Call waiting is not supported over PSTN lines with SPA400.

What about incoming caller ID while the line is being used? Is that considered call waiting?
