Greyfield Deployment of UC320w with RV220W

Having issues getting UC320 deploymed behind RV220W. I setup using SMART designs, but still have an issue, unable to get UC320 on the network.

Here is my setup:

RV220W

WAN - Static IP to ISP

LAN

VLAN 1

Inter VLAN Routing - enabled

device management - enabled

port 1 - untagged

port 2 - untagged

port 3 - untagged

port 4 - tagged

LAN IP - 10.0.0.1/255.255.255.0

DHCP - enabled

DHCP - address range (10.0.0.150 - 10.0.0.254)

VLAN 4

Inter VLAN Routing - disabled

device management - enabled

port 1 - tagged

port 2 - tagged

port 3 - tagged

port 4 - untagged

DHCP - disabled

IP - 192.168.2.253/255.255.255.252

UC320

UC320 WAN connected to LAN Port 4 of RV220W

Setup to Route Voice Only

IP - 10.0.0.2/255.255.255.0

GW - 10.0.0.1

PC connected to Port 1 of UC320

Unable to get IP on PC connect to Port 1 of UC320

Unable to access IP 10.0.0.2 of UC320

Hi Andrez,

The UC320W only has 2 VLAN’s.  VLAN 1 is the data VLAN and is untagged.  VLAN 100 is the voice VLAN and is tagged.  If you are connecting the UC320W to your RV220W you need to make sure that the RV has both VLAN 1 and VLAN 100 configured on it.  On the RV220W configure the port for 1 untagged and 100 tagged.  You can still configure the UC320W for a voice only deployment.  This should resolve the issues you are seeing.
