Good morning, I've a spa502G phone and  cme 8.0.

The phone is compatible with my cme?

If yes I need to have the phone firmware but I'dont have access to download firmware from the cisco webasite, Anyone can help me?

If using an ISR router, SPA phones are not supported. You could use the phone in SIP mode, but with much loss of features and gain of bugs.

Recommed you use 79xx phones instead for best results.
