Hello Joe,

can you please describe the call flow a bit further?

To configure a phone button on the SPA500S or side car is exactly the same thing  as on a normal phone. All you need is to do is to assign the button functions on the Phone Buttons page.

my client need to add around 30 direct number into one extension, and they wish to assign each directly number into different button (means one button = one incomming number) so they had purchase a SPA500s, but I'm not able to add any number in the the SPA500s, so please advise how can I do it.it's already over two weeks, so please help..... many many thnaks.
