How do I connect to the phone vLAN from the data LAN

Hi

I have some software I need to use to connect to the phones that runs from my PC. As the voice vLAN is on a different subnet I am unable to route from the data LAN to the voce VLAN any suggestions.

Hi Mike,

on your computer you can open a command prompt.

Write the following command:

route add 10.0.0.0 mask 255.255.255.0 192.168.10.1 metric 1

10.0.0.0 is the voice vlan ip (do not know what ip you are using on your system)

192.168.10.1 is data vlan ip address of the uc320w.

Change these values to suit your network setup.

Mike,

Please confirm the network topology settings on the UC320.  When the device is configured to route both Voice and data the UC320W will support the routing between the Data and Voice VLAN's.

I am actually looking for software that will intergrate Outlook to the UC320 and or SPA500 series phones. Specifically the SPA525G. We have just downloaded CallCtrl but its comming up with a error " Cannot VerifySPA Phone due to 403 Forbidden http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/admin/spacfg.xml. I am not sure what to do about this error I have emailed CallCtrl Support. If there is any other software that anyone knows that could do this job it would be great to have more than one solution
