How do I set up "virtual user & mailbox"

I want to set up an extension and and mailbox for a user for which there is no physical phone.

When I try to do this in CCA 1.9 it gives me an error becase the mac address is non exisistant. (see screen shot)

Configure->Telephony->Voice-> Users tab

You cannot do this in CCA today. Use the native CME/CUE GUI instead:

I was able to do this in the CUE GUI - interesting to see what that user looks like in CCA - or should I not look - is it going to crash CCA?

The virtual mailbox should be invisible, but not the user.

There is no sign of the user or the extentsion in CCA 1.9.

Hmm. Probably because this user  doesn't have a phone CCA doesn't see it.
