We have cisco uc500 system and we want to know if this system support the
ACD Agent Log in & Log out password?

Call Center functionlity is not available on UC500. You could need CCM with IPCC express.
You could use Basic ACD ( BACD) functionlity

In most cases, CME is perfectly fine for small call center.

This is Elvin Soh from Hogaiyota, and I am the senior programmer in Panasonic &
NEC Call Center.
How can I set-up a Cisco Call Center c/w ACD group with password-log-in/out and show in TAPI data, says 30-50 agents.
Do Cisco also provide Voice-Logger?

As above. Password login is not supported.
TAPI is not applicable
ephone-hunt can have up to 20 members.
Voice recorder is a separate product to be purchased from third party. Cisco does not make it.
