I have 3 525G2's with their own assinged number (let's say 120, 130, 140) to each respectively on Position 1. Position 2 on all 3 phones is a shared Extension of 100.
There are times whereby we need to forward this shared extension to another number on our system (let's say 190). When I hit the FWD button on the 525G2 it is only forwarding the primary assigned number (either 120, 130, or 140) and NOT the shared Extension.
Is this even possible and / or how is it achieved?
