Dear sir;
This is possible using CSTA, and supported using the UC520 (this configuration is possible but not supported using the UC540/60 yet).
The instructions are located here:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/admin/configuration/guide/cmecti.html
I have to say though, that it is not a common deployment scenario yet.
Regards;
Alberto

Correct Steve it hasn't been specifically tested with UC540/560 & the Small Business Support Centre will not support it.
Having said that UC540/560 is running a variant of the CME code so in all likelyhood it is going to work.
My understanding is the intergration provides control of you desk phone via MOC which is fairly basic so hopefully their is not too many gotchas.
One of my parents also found this guide useful for the MOC side .. although I am not sure how accurate it is -

Alberto,
Is it only supported on the UC520 because of TAC support?
"I have to say though, that it is not a common deployment scenario yet." Is this specific to the UC500 as we have had many opportunities to sell the UC500/CUCME to prospective customers with the prerequisite that it can integrate with OCS.
Also have you or do you no of any deployments that have been successfully integrated and are there any limitations. e.g Dual forking
Many thanks
Steve
