we have a modem in nat config before the uc500. we want to have ipsec vpn access to the uc500. do we have to open ports in the nat modem in front of the uc500? if yes which ports?

Hi Martin,
You will want to open UDP 500 (IKE) and 4500 (NAT-T). You may also want to open ESP (protocol 50) in case NAT-T isn't supported on the remote end.
