Hello, just looking for answers or opinions on this.
I just opened a new UC560. The CCA shows the firmware as: IOS: 15.0 (1)XA, CUE: 7.1.3
Is this CUE version the latest or is there a newer one available?
Would it be advised to update now before the rest of the configuration is done?
I am confused by the "Cisco Unified CME and Cisco IOS Software Version Compatibility Matrix" that shows IOS 15.0 matched with CME 8.0.0.0.
This installation is also using ESW-520-24P switches. The firmware according to CCA is 2.0.3. Is there a newer version of tis as well?
Thank you in advance for your help. Paul

That is the latest IOS and CUE version for the UC560. No need to update yet, but if a newer version comes out, it is always best to upgrade before it is in the customer hands.
For the ESW, 2.1.16 is available.

The UC560 currently ships with the 8.0.0 software pack release, which includes IOS 15.0(1)XA and CUE 7.1.3, and this is the latest version of the software pack available. However, there is an updated version of the ESW 500 firmware available, and the latest version of the firmware available is version 2.1.16.
