I want to limit the amount of phone call time for a particular cisco ip phone extension in our network.
Is this possible to configure these settings on UC 500?

UC500 / Cisco CME does not support that.
I may be close to release a TCL/IVR script for the task.

Hi Mehrin,
Can you please elaborate a little further as to why you need this? There might be an alternative that could suffice, but Paolo is right, the CME fundamentally does not support this as there are not call controls for this mechanism.
