Hi
A customer has the issue, that incoming calls gets signalled but canceled after the handset ist liftet. SIP provider says, that the UC320 is configured with 30ms as ptime in the SDP header and ask for modifying this value to 20 ms.
Any chance this can be done?? Maybe a PMF-file?

Just had this issue today for the first time. Charter business requires that same ptime behind their Adtran.
Updated the UC to the latest firmware and that setting is included in the SIP config options.

Just today discovered on a Cisco ATA-192 ptime value is adjusted by the RTP Packet Size value.
By default this is set to 0.030. Changing it to 0.020 will correct the error.
