Hello, I have a uc560 running and all is well. All phones registered under "show ephone reg". I can pull up the gui under /ccme.html and i see everything but phones. I can pull up the CUE gui and go under users and see the phones listed with their extensions when i try to associate a phone with a user. Under the Phones section, no phones are listed. When I try to add phones it says "no new phones to add". I worked with TAC some and they appear stumped and could only suggest reinstalling the GUI files.. no success there either.. ????? Thanks for any insight!

Hi Jeff,
Was this system configured with CCA or is it a CLI configuration?
Cheers,
David.

Under Telephony-service, there are some commands that need to be in place for you to be able to access the GUI. One that could be missing is :
Telephony-service
dn-webedit

Thanks guys for the responses.. here's what's up - probably unique to the uc540, uc560?
My max-ephones was set for the max - 114.
I had put in my ephone numbers as the extensions to keep it simple.
ie
ephone-dn 214
number 214
...
ephone 214
mac-address xxxx.xxxx.xxxx
...
and so on
i had 2 extensions (and thus ephones) that were under 114
ie
ephone-dn 100
number 100
...
ephone 100
mac-address xxxx.xxxx.xxxx
button 1:100
...
ephone-dn 111
number 111
...
ephone 111
mac-address xxxx.xxxx.xxxx
button 1:111
...
--------------------
with 35 phones on the system, but these the only two extensions under the max ephones number "114", these were also the only 2 phones listed in the GUI.. all the other extensions/phones were ephones (and ephone-dns) greater then the actually number "114"
so, i left the ephone-dns as they were reflecting extensions, but i deleted all the ephones and reentered starting at ephone 1 thru ephone 35
viola - all phones showed up
thus, i take it the gui on the uc540 and uc560 only will recognize ephone xxx that are 114 or less in sequence number
thanks guys.. you're always quick with the respones
(and also why tac couldn't figure it out - since they're probably use to dealing with non-uc500 models)
