Prevent external paging and paging groups from outside calls on UC320W

When calling in from externally, I can dial the external paging extension or an extension of an internal paging group and page through the system.  Is there a way to prevent external callers from dialing these extensions?

Hi Matt,

It's not preventable since it may be required for some users. You may want to change the paging group extension to a very special one so that no one can dial it accidentally.

Thanks for the quick reply.  I did change the paging group extension and figure I could change it if it became an issue later.

It would be nice to control it in the event someone wanted to cause mischief.  I guess obscuating it will have to do.  I can't complain too much because the UC320W has really been a great investment and exceeded most of my expectations.
