When the customer parks a call inbound or outbound, they cannot make an outbound call from any phone. Has anyone seen this before? FYI, they are running the latest IOS, CUE, and phones loads.

What happens when they attempt to dial out?
This happens only with parked calls, not calls on hold or active calls?
What are the extensions of your park slots?
This may be a silly question, but they have enough free phone lines right?

I opened a call with TAC on this. They diagnosed a faulty DSP and wanted to RMA the whole unit. I disagreed and added the no battery-reversal to all the FXO’s and the problem has not resurfaced as of COB yesterday. They have 3 incoming lines and 2 of the 3 showed on-hook via voice-port summary but the LEDs on the UC showed green. The unit was not releasing the lines. My debugs showed some battery errors so I added the no command and it’s a wait and see. Thanks for your post.
