"grPick" improvement

Hello,

We are running a UC320W with SPA504G and SPA509G phones, and I thought I would suggest this as a possible improvement.  When you press "grPick" the list that comes up is the station list, i.e. 1 STN103, 2 STN105 etc.  This is not very instinctive if you don't know peoples extensitons off my heart.  Could it not list the extension and the users name assigned to it?

Thanks for your post. Can you please let me know the firmware version used?

The station name should be teh User name as defined on the Configuration Utility when mapping Phones to Users. It seems it is not being the case on your device so would like to know your version to see if this has been corrected or it is a defect we need to resolve.

Hello Alberto,

My phone for exampleis the SPA509G with software version 7.4.7v11.  The UC320W's firmware is presently 2.09 (3)

Hello Alberto,

I have now updated to the latest firmware and the lines are now listed as 777102, 777103 etc.  So the STN has been replaced by 777, which is a change, but not really an improvement.
