Does anyone know how to remove the prompt "Calling XXX" when the UC system is transfering the call. Or for that matter any of the canned prompts that the customer does not want to hear.

By modifying the script. For example, that one is an "implicit confirmation" step, the idea is to give the caller a chance to press key to interrupt in case they recognize the wrong extension being dialed.
