Am I correct in assuming that the option to disable the DND feature via the 303 phone management page is removed when connected to a UC320W as it manages the phone config? BUT there is then no way in the UC320W to manage the phones in this regard?
We need to be able to remove DND from the softkeys. Why? Becaus eit appears under the cancel button so people use menus, hit cancel to come out of them, hit it too many times and the DND is turned on. In our application we cannot afford people to have DND on.
I would be delighted if someone told me it is possible (and how!) otherwise could we have a PMF for the purpose?
