I have a uc500 that a user states his phone would ring while talking to another user. There were no changes made to the system and I can't find any feature anywhere that would have turned this on/off. While on a call, the user gets call waiting but no audible ringing on the set. Any idea what feature this would be ?

This is call waiting ring under an ephone-dn.

Can you program this thru the Cisco Configuration Assistant ? This will make the set have an audible ringing when on the phone, correct ? Thanks in advance.
