Skype Outbound Dial Plan/Translation

Im testing Skype.

I have it working boith inboumd and outbound, with a few issues.

To make an outbound call to 1-NPA-XXX-XXXX, I have to dial 9-00-1-1-NPA-XXX-XXXX. Is there a way to fix this in the Skype Connect Portal, in the Outgoing Dial Plan, or by creating a translation.

Hello Brook,

Take a look at the outgoing dial plan in CCA. Make sure you have the proper region selected so that is setups the dial plan for your region. Also verify if the correct dial plan entries exist for the numbers you need to dial.
