Is there a command in CME 8.0 that will allow you to pull the calls back to unity if the SNR destination answers too quickly? (ie If a cell phone is off and voicemail picks up without ringing)
SNR works great, but if the cell phone happens to be off then callers are sent to the cellular voicemail.
In CUCM 7, there is an option for 'Answer too soon' -- We've been able to adjust this setting to overcome this issue.
Thanks

The basic SNR feature in CME does not offer Mobile Connect-like functionality, including "Answer too Soon".
Thanks,

Thanks for the info!
Hopefully a future version will be able to accomodate users who's cell phones are off (Or at least had a 0.5 second hard code built in).
Is the recommended work around Call Connector server with mobility?

UCC Mobility today on ringing the cell phone asks for a touchtone from the recipient to prevent call going to the cell phone voice mail.
Is your customer using digital or analog FXO trunks for the call to the Cell phones? FXO does not have good signaling, where digital trunks should give UC500 info if call is answered by user or cell VM.
We do need to improve this basic feature a bit....
