Hi
We just switched our phones over to SPA 303's and we find that the Headset jack does not seat the 2.5 mm plugs properly from our plantronics headsets. Though we get some sound in...it is erratic....and we get no voice out. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you.

Just curious if you are using this "special" cable 2.5 mm to QD -PART NUMBER 48586-03.
