SPA-3102 Issuing of sRTP certificates

I am trying to get hold of the sRTP Mini Certificate Generator for a recently purchased SPA-3102.

Voxilla used to provide a similar service and I was really happy with their on-line generator but it seems to be down at least since November 2009.

Is there any way for a "simple" customer as myself to request a copy of the Cisco-SPA sRTP Mini Certificatre Generator?

Hi, I asked around and apparently you need to contact your cisco sales rep in order to get the sRTP mini cert generator.  Thank you.

I don't have a sales rep. I bought this junk device (realizing it doesn't really do SRTP + TLS with SDES and only fakes it does) from various other sources online.
